Finding comrades we served with helps us maintain and retain some of the strongest bonds we’ve ever shared with anyone. This gives us an opportunity to discuss issues and events with someone who shared those same experiences – someone who “gets it.” It also helps us when filing claims for VA Benefits if we can identify others who shared the same experiences and may be suffering from the same maladies.
